I am closing my BOQ account and going to another bank. Good on you Helaine, here is another customer that you have lost.

With BOQ refusing to invest in smart ATMs where we can make deposits like other banks, closing at 4pm makes it hard for business owners to make a deposit. The online app is from the Stone Ages as is the rest of the banks technology (no Osko). The least I can say is the branches are usually well staffed so if you do manage so get in there are not excessive waiting times.
