  Awful service, when I turned up they had double booked said they had called however didn’t have a missed call or voicemail and confirmed my number was correct, managed to squeeze me in 45 minutes later - however have just realised from a letter from the ATO they made an error which is going to cost me 2k - contacted the agents and they confirmed they made an error but made no attempt to correct this, offer advise, or a refund of initial fee. Don’t go to this place, they are a unprofessional and clearly not competent with a simple tax return.

  Seems like they have more bad feedback than good haha was thinking about going to them this year but the reviews have changed my mind………..seen one lady actually owed 2k hahaha she swears it’s wrong and they won’t fix it…..these guys seem sus as!! Do some research first before giving ya details away to someone who doesn’t really give 2 F’s

  My husband and I have been going to that office for 6 years and have always been happy with the service. This year the (new?) manager made a mistake with my husband's application and we had to figure out ourselves why he had to pay instead of getting a return. The difference was more than $1600.
  As for me, the lady who did mine forgot to claim a few things (like internet) and I had to remind her. Again, a significant difference at the end.
  What's the point of paying an accountant to do your tax return if you're better off doing it yourself?!
  We won't go back.

  I've used this company in the past without any flaws. This years return has been horrible. I've waited over two months for my return to be quality controlled and reassessed. Lots of errors have to be fixed before the final amounts accepted to be correct. No communication from the office of what's happening after weeks of quality control. I've called the office and been told they are dealing with clients. when I've contacted the office I've been told 4 times by staff that they will return my call but never did. It seems like no one knows what's going on including myself. I've called and no one at the front desk has answered, the head office will pick up but not help, they will just redirect me back to the nundah office which doesn't pick up anyway. And the cycle continues. a professional company without a dedicated office admin for phone calls and communication with clients... Pretty standard these days.

  Never again will I be getting my tax done here.. I thought they state they aim to maximise your refund well more like let’s just rush through and take your money. No help no advice don’t even bother. I’ve had mine done here for several years the last two years were a waste. Once bitten twice shy
