- Aayush Joshi Added July 08, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Pathetic experience. We booked an appointment and called ahead to confirm. Yet there is not a single person to talk to except the cashiet and huge line of people. Waited 10mins but not single rep from NAB showed up.
Since i couldnt find a way to reply to the below, i am updating it here about the heights of callousness from Nab. Despite complaining on all channels, so far no one has reached out to reschedule my appointment. Pot luck if change machine is stocked with notes or coins. Change machine regularly 'out of service'. Morning or evening the same. I take a drive 20 minutes away to do my business banking to avoid using this branch. Extremely disappointed business customer.

I'll move to another bank as this is not the first time I've wasted my time here.
