  Just big kudos to Mr John V! I did not end up buying a car at their yard but Mr John V really went extra mile to help me out professionally. I must say Mr John V is fair and upfront. Mr John V is a wonder of your company! Thanks heaps Mr John V!

  I first was interested in a used Hyundai IX35. John was really helpful with all my questions and I made arrangements to take it to my mechanic a couple days later. Unfortunately it was sold on John's day off and he felt really bad. Later a Honda CRV popped up at the same dealer. Once again I had a great experience with the service. Trent was nice on the phone and called me back to advise on my questions and arrange a test drive. From then on I worked with Evan through to the purchase. I never felt pressured for anything and every person I came in contact with was super nice and helpful. I felt they actually cared about me and my needs and not just getting the most out of me for a sale. There was a lot of demand for the car so I couldn't really negotiate on the price, but I felt it was actually priced appropriately and not marked up like you would expecto I felt comfortable paying list price. I would definitely recommend this dealer for sales of used and new cars. It's the most genuine dealership I have ever come across.

  I recently bought my first brand new car from this dealership.
  I had been to a handful of other dealerships of differing brands for the past few weeks prior and none compared to the service that I received at Northside Honda.
  They were incredibly professional, friendly and easy to talk to.
  Everyone I encountered during my visits were so professional, friendly and genuinely happy to be there and help me out. Not once did I feel pressured into making any decisions and Jackie was a genuine guy who wanted me to get exactly what I was looking for, and I did!
  
  I’m so happy I walked into this dealership! Two weeks later and I’m so happy with my Civic RS.
  
  I would like to make a shout out to Jackie and John for amazing service and for going the extra mile with me.
  You guys really made this experience a great one.

  We purchased a car from Martin at this location and were looked after so well. Everything went so smoothly. Couldn't be happier. The facilities inside for waiting were great and well set up for kids which we appreciated. Can't recommend these guys highly enough!
