  Helaine the new owner manager at BOQ Geebung has no manners and is so disrespectful to her customers. I hope that the staff do not learn from her. I am closing my BOQ account and going to another bank. Good on you Helaine, here is another customer that you have lost.

  The friendly team at BOQ Geebung helped my husband and I purchase our first home together and the experience was exceptionally amazing!
  As you can imagine buying your first home can be a daunting task, but Helaine, Kelly and the team helped alleviate some of the stress around the process!
  The teams customer service and professionalism is something they should be proud of!!

  I had a great experience with BOQ Geebung! Matt was extremely professional and put me at ease throughout the whole process! He understood I was under a time crunch and did everything in his power to make sure I could receive my loan in time! Fantastic service!! Highly recommend for car loans!

  Really poor opening hours. With BOQ refusing to invest in smart ATMs where we can make deposits like other banks, closing at 4pm makes it hard for business owners to make a deposit. The online app is from the Stone Ages as is the rest of the banks technology (no Osko). The least I can say is the branches are usually well staffed so if you do manage so get in there are not excessive waiting times.

  I am a local boutique real estate owner and have had the pleasure of dealing with Helaine and her team on many occasions.
