    The line is out the door and they only have one counter open, yet they still have someone greeting along the line. Put the extra person on the counter and stop trying to get people who have banked with other banks for 50+ years to switch.

    Pathetic experience. We booked an appointment and called ahead to confirm. Yet there is not a single person to talk to except the cashiet and huge line of people. Waited 10mins but not single rep from NAB showed up.

    Since i couldnt find a way to reply to the below, i am updating it here about the heights of callousness from Nab. Despite complaining on all channels, so far no one has reached out to reschedule my appointment. Thank you guys, i will be taking my current and future business elsewhere after having associated for 12 years now.

    Long queues to wait for service. Pot luck if change machine is stocked with notes or coins. Change machine regularly 'out of service'. Morning or evening the same. I take a drive 20 minutes away to do my business banking to avoid using this branch. Extremely disappointed business customer.

    Don’t be fooled by the whiny, one-sided reviews. The lovely staff handle excessive verbal abuse from an endless barrage of entitled geriatrics with resilience, patience and grace. Thank you for your service

    Line out the door 1 person serving people, every other bank in here is running like a bank without lines out the door, not sure the issue but i wasted my whole lunch break in the line. I'll move to another bank as this is not the first time I've wasted my time here.
