First time coming to ProfessioNail after contemplating the various amount of nail salons available at Toombul. They did a fantastic job with executing my requests and the staff are friendly and professional. Will be coming back, highly recommend

My usual salon was booked out so I took a chance and went here for my shellac infill and it was the BEST decision. The guy who I had (I didn’t get his name) did an amazing job. Perfect shape and length, he was very particular and made sure they were perfect and straight, and was also very gentle and patient when doing a fix (I had snapped one nail clean off and it was very tender). I will be a new regular here, and just wanted to say thank you!!

I went to get my nails done I tried calling several times to book an appointment with no response they applied several of my acrylics wonky which got obvious reason is ideal but they were over all very lovely and tried to get the best end result. When going there make sure you are clear about what you want. Definitely recommend

I am not satisfied with the nails made by staff. I put fake nails which was not made properly and seemed very fake like anyone could notice. It looked like staff with no experience at all did the nails. Even staff were speaking in their own language which is totally unprofessional. It was my first time which was very worst. Staff were very rude to me and my friend. We don’t like the way they were talking to us and in their own language which was making us very uncomfortable. Overall it was very horrible experience. Very sad to see the service of those staff who made our nails. Dis my nails last week 19th of December.
